What do you think about adding more community businesses to the plans for Infinity Village?

I think it would be great if they added super-sized garages, utility rooms, games rooms, workshop spaces and small community businesses to the plans.

Mrs Smith could have a tearoom on Saturday and Wednesday afternoons and then a knitting club on Tuesday and Thursday evenings. Joan up the road could have a yoga class in her workshop space every day. Lyne could have a dog-walking club every day and then dog training classes on Wednesday’s evenings and Saturday mornings. Gregg could have a super-sized garage for his van.

It would be great to build these houses with the option to add the following things onto homes or gardens:

• Houses with Utility rooms
• Workshop space
• Super-size garages that can fit trade vans
• A studio for a repair shop
• Games room for children and adults that could fit a tennis or pool table
• Studio space for a home gym
• Studio space for a small community yoga group or chair exercise group
• Studio space for a hairdressing or barbers salon
• Studio space for community beauty treatments
• A studio for a home knitting club
• A community tearoom

If the plans could include the option to add community clubs or businesses to people’s back gardens, this would provide a variety of community clubs and businesses the chance to work from home. There could also be some additional parking added to the street.
